Get Living projects have expanded to regenerate Lewisham area in south east London.

Regeneration has also arrived in south-east London, where one of the largest schemes is Lewisham  Gateway. Phase 2 of the development will be Get Living’s third London neighbourhood.

When completed in 2023, Lewisham Gateway will provide 649 homes for rental, around 25,000 sq ft  (2,322 sqm) of retail space, 15,000 sq ft (1,393 sqm) of food and beverage space, a gym, 10,000 sq ft (929 sqm)  of   offices  and co-working   spaces and   Lewisham’s  first  major  multiplex cinema, cinema, as  well as  public  spaces  for   residents  and  the  wider community.

Adjacent to  the Lewisham  National  Rail  and  DLR  (Docklands  Light Railway  Station), Lewisham  Gateway offers outstanding transport connections:  a direct connection to London Bridge in 9  minutes, Charing Cross within 17 minutes and Canary Wharf in  25 minutes. Lewisham has also  been  identified  as  a  future station  on  the   planned  extension  of  London Underground’s Bakerloo  Line, which is currently at the consultation stage.

The wider development has already delivered 362   new homes in Phase 1, as a joint-project between   Muse Developments, the London Borough of Lewisham, the Mayor of London and Transport for  London, supported by Homes England.
