Tender for Property Management & Facility Management Services at Commercial Boulevard District, Lusail City
Brief Description of the Works:
The SERVICE PROVIDER shall deliver Facility Management & Property Management Services for buildings at Commercial Boulevard District, Lusail City. The following are included in the Scope of Services:
A. General Requirements
B. Services During the Mobilisation Phase
C. Asset and Facility Consulting Services
D. Property Management
E. Fit-Out Management
F. MEP & Civil Facilities Management
G. Cleaning, Pest Control & Waste Management
H. Security Services
I. Events Management
J. Concierge Services
Eligibility of Interested Companies:
• Tenderers or the Lead Joint Venture partner shall have a valid Commercial Registration in Qatar.
• If the bidder is a JV, each company shall demonstrate the operation activities under this arrangement for a minimum of 2 years.
• The Company’s (or each company in the case of a JV) annual turnover should be a minimum of QAR 25,000,000 for each of the last 3 years.
• Tenderers shall have a proven track record in successfully delivering similar projects in size and scope, during the last 5 Years.
• Tenderers shall demonstrate that he and all his main Sub-Contractors and Contractor Lead Consultant have the necessary trained manpower, equipment, tools and other resources needed to successfully undertake the Works.
Tender Bond Value & Validity:
QAR. 600,000.00 (Valid for 150 calendar days from the Tender Closing Date) in the form of Bank Guarantee (Cash Payments or Cheque not acceptable).

25 November 2020, no later than 12:00 noon Doha local time
