Marina Promenade:
There are two (02) kiosk locations allocated for the Public Services: RT-11 and KK-01
(RT-11) is located on the Eastern path of Marina Promenade in Lusail City, which is a unique area within the city, and is suitable for the public services activity/ usage in the Marina Promenade.
It is expected to – play an important role to activate the marina promenade and add to the growing number of F&B Kiosks at arguably Lusail’s best location. This location which will be used as public services, is quite prominent in the waterfront, close to the Marina promenade Mosque and the LRT station.

As the area for the subject location is 110 square meters, and the kiosk location (Marina KK-01) is located on the southern Marina with an area 46 square meters and will be dedicated to public services and entertainment.​

 
Reservation Fee:

The bidder to provide a reservation “Manger’s Cheque” as a refundable guarantee with an amount of Ten Thousand Qatari Riyals (QAR 10,000) made in favor of Qatari Diar Real Estate Investment Company and submitted to the Asset Management Department of Qatari Diar at Lusail Site Office. For the winning bids, the reservation deposit will be considered as part of the security deposit, and in the case of unsuccessful bids the cheque will be returned.​
