Reservation Fee:

 

The bidder to provide a reservation “Manger’s Cheque” as a refundable guarantee with an amount of Fifty Thousand Qatari Riyals (QAR 50,000) made in favor of Qatari Diar Real Estate Investment Company and submitted to the Asset Management Department of Qatari Diar at Lusail Site Office. For the winning bids, the reservation deposit will be considered as part of the security deposit, and in the case of unsuccessful bids the cheque will be returned.​
