Qatari Diar participated in ​the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF) 2021 as part of the State of Qatar delegation. During the Forum, Qatari Diar showcased the investment opportunities in Lusail City andin a number of its projects around the world. 

Eng. Abdullah bin Hamad Al-Attiyah, CEO of Qatari Diar, met Mr. Irek Faizullin, Minister of Construction and Housing of the Russian Federation,on the sidelines of the Forum, where they discussed ways to develop real estate investments between Qatar and Russia. 

As part of SPIEF business program, Mr. Ahmed Al-Tayeb, Chief Investment Officer at Qatari Diar, participated in a panel discussion titled“Innovations and Investment Driving Broad Regional Development", where he discussed the experience of the State of Qatar in attracting infrastructure investment into the country.​​
