Qatari Diar announced the readiness of Lusail Boulevard and Al Sa’ad Plaza, Lusail City’s most iconic landmarks and the most prominent attractions for World Cup fans. Both will accommodate more than 60,000 people daily. 

Eng. Abdullah bin Hamad Al-Attiyah, CEO of Qatari Diar, stated: “Today, we announce the readiness of two of our largest projects in Qatar, Lusail Boulevard and Al Sa’ad Plaza. Despite all the challenges, we can say the city hosting the World Cup final is now fully prepared to welcome the world.”

Lusail Boulevard is a 1.3km avenue with 18 mixed-use buildings, stretching from the Al Khor Coastal Road to Al Sa’ad Plaza, in which there are four main commercial towers with heights of 50-70 floors, along with 14 mixed-use commercial podium buildings, and underground parking of 4-5 levels.
