Brief Description of the Works:
The SERVICE PROVIDER shall deliver a complete Assets and Facility Management Services for the Commercial Avenue Buildings; The following are included in the Scope of Services:
A. Asset and Facility Consulting Services
B. Property Brokerage
C. Property Management
D. Fit-out Management
E. MEP and Civil Facilities Management
F. Cleaning Services
G. Elevators / Escalators Maintenance
H. Fire Alarm / Firefighting
I. Landscaping
J. Pest Control
K. Security Services
L. Solid Waste Management
M. Building Management System
Eligibility of Interested Companies:
• Tenderers or the Lead Joint Venture partner shall have a valid Commercial Registration in Qatar.
• The Company’s (or each company in the case of a JV) annual turnover should be a minimum of QAR 25,000,000 for each of the last 3 years.
• Tenderers shall have a proven track record in successfully delivering similar projects in size and scope, during the last 5 Years.
Tender Bond Value & Validity:
QAR 1,750,000 (Valid for 150 days from the Tender Closing Date) in the form of Bank Guarantee (Cash Payments or Cheque not acceptable).

17 May 2020, no later than 12:00 noon Doha local time
Tender Documents Issuance:
Access to the Website portal to download the Tender Documents will be granted to interested bidders from 19 April 2020 onwards upon submission of Company details and Required Documents listed below through the Website.
Tender Fee:
A non-refundable amount of One Thousand Qatari Riyals (QAR 1,000) shall be directly deposited to the below mentioned bank account and proof of transaction should be sent via email toprocurementlocal@qataridiar.com.

• Copy of the Company Commercial Registration.
• Company letter signed by the authorized signatory mentioning the Email address to receive the Tender Document.

• Proof of QCDD Approved contractor Status for the works.
• Proof of Tender Fee transfer.
• Copy of QID for the Authorized Signatory.
