This phase follows the success of the previous three phases, which is considered an entirely new and prestigious neighborhood in Belgravia.A hugely significant milestone, phase four is considered the most important phase of the project and an extension to the development and success of Qatari Diar in the previous three stages.
This phase is situated on 517000 sq. ft at the centre of Chelsea Barracks that consists of three buildings, comprising 97 apartments as well as a state-of-the-art spa, tennis courts, a wellness centre and two garden squares
